Though my mind was well boggled, I managed to whip up this sherbet with Honeybells, red grapefruit, lemon juice, and fresh-made firm tofu. Topped with cracked black pepper and quartered grapes. This is more palate cleanser than dessert, really. Plus grapes really come alive with a little bit of a chill on them. Good thing these babies are so adorable otherwise I would have not have this delicious snack.
