On one side, there's a yogurt panna cotta. Sweet, slightly tart, grainy with an entire vanilla pod (pod and all) whizzed in. The other side is a cranberry gelee. Barely sweetened, very tart, with the pop of those barely stewed cranberries that are just on the verge of bursting.
For the first layer, I cradled a tilted jar in a dishcloth. For the second layer, I righted it again. Every spoonful you get a different ratio of creamy and tart, opaque and clear. Both parts have different gives. Tell your spoon.
